Billing & Package Policies

All packages and webinar series must be purchased before scheduling sessions. Once purchased, your sessions are on your account and will be used each time you book an appointment. All packages have a one year expiration. Please advise your accounting team that they will receive receipts for “Nicole Chetaud, MINDBODY Business Consulting” via email. Please be advised that there are no refunds issued or extensions given, nor are the sessions transferable to someone outside of your business.

Reports Permission 

In order to run KPI's and consult with you on your business, I will need access to your reports. As a consulting client, you give me permission to access data in your scheduler. I am bound by the MINDBODY PCI compliance guidelines which designates total and complete privacy of your data. As such, you will need to create a specific login and password for me to use during our sessions and for KPI projects/updates.




Late Cancel/No Show

Please be advised that my schedule is in
PACIFIC STANDARD TIME (PST) as I’m located in
California.
If you are late to our meeting, those minutes will be docked from your session. If you “no show” for our meeting, you will be charged for your session in entirety. Please cancel your appointment via email 42 hours in advance or login into my scheduler to cancel it yourself. You can also download the MINDBODY CONNECT APP and favorite my business. This will make it simple to book, cancel and reschedule sessions.

The 48 hour deadline gives me adequate time to book another client during that timeframe.
Late cancellation will be charged a $45 fee.

I am happy to answer “yes/no” questions via email, but anything that requires a longer answer will need to be billed for consulting time spent.
